NetReputation continues to harass me after I have repeatedly told their staff to leave me alone. Ryan S.Jr., Joseph V,, Ryan M.
NetReputation has allowed someone to publish allegations against me that are ruining my career. Netreputation is attempting to scam me into paying them money to have it removed. They are a filthy company that is allowing people to ruin other peoples lives by publicly shaming them and then forcing them to pay money (to the person being shamed) to have it cleared from the internet. I have repeatedly asked them to leave me alone and they will not. They will not provide me with an "opt out" option so they continuously email me harassing me. I want my email address removed from their system and I want all my information deleted, including the defamatory comments made about me being associated to terrorists and being antisemitic.
I want my email address ***@gmail.com to be permanently removed from their database. I want my cell phone number removed from their text message and phone system. I want them to stop contacting me indefinitely. They are harassing me nonstop even when I BEG them to leave me alone. I want the information they published to a sister company ***/city/washington-d-c/***-***/#post-XXXXXXX.
There are several issues with Ms. complaint.
1 - Someone who knows Ms. publisher her on TheDirty_com but alleges we allowed it. She contacted us to be removed from the site so it makes no sense that we allowed it since we have nothing to do with the site.
https://thedirty.com/city/washington-d-c/***-***/#post-XXXXXXX
2 - Claiming we are attempting to scam her for providing a quote for legal services would also be incorrect. We are not a charity.
3 - Ms. claims to have repeatedly requested to be opted out but is yet to provide an email showing any such requests were made.
4- Upon learning for the first time Ms. wanted to be opt-out of our mailing list, she was removed.
I paid $1,500 to remove my daughter's dui case (which was actually dismissed because she was under the legal limit) and the info has not been removed.
I paid Chris from Net Reputation $1,500 (Transaction ID# XXXXXXXXXXX) to remove my daughter's dui case (which was actually dismissed because she was under the legal limit) and month's later, the negative info I paid to have removed is still prominently displayed on the first page of Google.
I would like the company to either finish the job or refund some of my money.
WE made contact with the client regarding their concerns. It was a simple misunderstanding which was resolved over the phone within a few minutes.

I am very satisfied by the quick response from Bryan, the VP of NetReputation.
Joseph (Sales Manager) from Netreputation.com provided me an email stating I would receive a Clean Digital Footprint. I did not.
On 7/27/2019, I received an email from Joseph, the Sales Manager of Netreputation.com stating "I have prepared a full proposal that will cover all services needed to clear your name online and give you a clean digital footprint."
I agreed, paid $1500 for this service.
On 8/2/2019, I sent Joseph a follow up email to check the progress "especially Pasco County Sherriff's" Joseph responded, I have included Trey Smith to give you an update. On 8/5/2019 Trey responded "My team and I have been working to have the Sheriffs link removed for you! We actually sent a Follow up to them today and the moment I have more information I will let you know." On 8/8/2019, I reponded Can you tell me what sites you have removed? I still see Pasco County Sherriff's and MY Life. Trey reponded
" I am going to have my team take care of this MyLife page right now it should be gone by early next week.
As for the other - we have reached out and been in touch with the Sheriffs department was your case expunged?"
My response
My case was dismissed prior to any court proceedings. Additionally, here is a copy of the original email from Joseph stating
" I have prepared a full proposal that will cover all services needed to clear your name online and give you a clean digital footprint."
Are you telling me now that you are not able to have this removed?
Furthermore,
Can you please provide me a list of sites that you have cleared.
Trey did not respond!
I followed up on 8/10/2019 with
Gentlemen,
I have requested for the 3rd time as to what sites you cleared my name online.
I have not found one site to date that my name has been cleared. This will affect my employment. I was under the impression from Joseph via phone and email that your services would cover all services needed to clear my name online and give me a clean digital footprint.
Was I mistaken?
Below is a list of sites (not all) that this is still posted.

Trey responded on 8/12/2019
My team and I have removed your information from this website: *** and we have submitted everything to: ***-*** for them to remove your information. Our background team has submitted to the 45 online background databases and once your information is removed from them the specialists that handled your file will be sending you a completion letter.
I called Josph via telephone on 8/15/2019 todiscuss this and left him a voicemail. He did not respond.
Today at 12:43 am Dianna, the Director of Operations sent me a completion letter.
Pasco County Sherriff's is not removed and I do not have a Clean Digital Footprint.
I would like a refund so I can find a firm that will provide me a clean digital footprint.
The business contacted me directly. They have rectified the situation by providing me a refund. Thank you
This company did not provide the service I contracted them for and took unauthorized payments from my Credit Card.
In March I contracted services for Record Removal from Chris H. from this company. For *** I was informed that it would take at least a month for results to be see. After a month from what I could see there was no improvement at all. I tried contacting Chris H. and he made no attempt to respond to me. I started doing requests on my own for removal. I made a few more attempts to contact Mr. and was 1 week later sent an email stating:
Sent: Monday, April 01, 2019 at 11:57 AM
From: "Chris H."
To: "***
Subject: Re: ***, Thank you for Contacting
NetReputation.com
***,
You should receive a completion letter this week. Everything is going as scheduled.
and I did. I tried contacting again because the removals that had been done were the ones I did. And you see from his email a month has gone by. After several attempts he emailed me 4 days later I voiced my concern He said they were done, and requested another payment which I made another $500.00 payment.
They wanted $1500.00 for this service $500.00 to get started which I paid and then another $500 I paid so now they have been paid $1,00.00. No results showing except for what I have done and Mr. H. no longer will respond to me. Then in June 2 months later still no results from them and he went and took $500.00 more off my card without my knowledge.
I want a complete refund of $1500.00 I contracted with Onerep (another company) in June and in one week they had removed information from 69 sites. This alone proves NetReputation did not did provide the service I paid $1500.00 for.

There are a lot of fabrications to ***'s complaint. I have attached screenshots where we state the price of our service and that she accepts the price of this service.
The client needed payment plan options for this removal, and as we want to be able to help our clients, we came to a term of 3 monthly payments of $500 each. (see screenshots). At no time was a hidden charge or additional charge added for this service.
*** said we did not respond for over a month, however, we responded to every email and phone call right away (unless it was over the weekend). We have continued to respond to every email and phone call she has sent. Furthermore, *** moved forward with our services March 13 2019. (see attached screenshot) The April 1 email she has pasted here was merely 2 1/2 weeks later, when she admits we told her it would take at least 30 days to remove.
We have confirmation that all sites were removed via our removal team. Furthermore, there seems to be a break down in what *** is claiming. Why would you hire us to remove your info and then immediately remove it yourself? Why did you pay another company in June to remove the information if you claimed you removed your own information from these sites?
Lastly,
We always try to work with clients who feel they are unsatisfied. However, it is apparent that *** is simply looking to try to get something for free after hiring our company to remove several references to her troubled past and multiple arrests (which we have done from the sites provided in the statement of work). Because of the defamatory posts containing many untruths *** has published on our company, we are unwilling to consider a refund of any sort and our attorney is handling the matter now.

I contracted services with Netreputation on March 13, 2019. At that time I paid $500.00 of the $1,500.00 we agreed on. I was given the option of making 3 payments of $500.00 to start. The second one was made on April 3rd and the third was to be made upon completion. Both these payments were made by me through there online payment portal. April 10th I received a Completion Letter and was told to give a month for any remaning items to be removed from Google and other Search Engines.
May 10, 2019, after several attemps to contact Chris H. with no response I contracted services with OneRep another background removal service.
Within 2 weeks OneRep had removed over 40 items, and I myself had removed 28 items.
Then in June 2 months later and still no contact with Netreputation they took an unauthorized payment of $500.00 and did not bother to ask me, tell me or even send me a receipt. I believe this is an illegal transaction.
Then on July 31 Bryan from NetReputation contacted with a Settlement Offer after he found out about my online reveiws. He offered me a complete refund of $1,500. 00 and offered another $250.00 for my unsatisfaction and inconvenience.
I agreed to a refund of just the $1,500.00 I only wanted what was paid for services not received. He said he would draw up the agreement and send to me to sign.
When I received the Contract to sign it stated:
1) I was to agree that Netreputation completed their contracted services in full.
2) I was to have all reviews Ripoff Report, Revdex.com, AGO removed from the internet.
Then they would consider refund and it would take up to 15 Days for them to make their decision.
So Bryan then notified me by email that they considered this matter closed. Then retaliated by trying to defame me online (wich goes against there statement that they are a Reputable Online Buisness.)
I hate to put myself on blast but I did have issues that I got in trouble with the law in 2003. Which I have recieved Absolute Discharge from and have not been in trouble since.
That was the reason I contracted services, I explained to Chris H. I am 56 years old in December I was admitted to the hospital in complete respiratory failure and was on life support for over 2 weeks. They called my daughter in *** to come pay her last respects and pull the plug because I only had 2% chance of surviving and if I did it would be on a machine in a home. But when they removed me from life support I continued to breath. But now I don 't have a home or job anymore. I'm told I have End Stage COPD and I'm living in my truck with no one or no way to support myself and can't get a job because of background checks. He assured me that his service would repair this for me. And they did absolutely nothing.
I have documentation to support every word of what I am saying, but it is with my Attorney at this time and when I can Revdex.com will receive a copy of everything.
My Brother In-Law is the one who paid for this for me. I believed it was my only hope to survival. So in-regards to his statement that I am trying to get something for free I won't see a penny of it. If I was only trying to get something for free I would have accepted the extra $250.00 he offered in the Settlement Offer he first sent me.
We performed the work *** paid for AND offered a full refund in exchange for her removing the false and misleading reviews. She refused our offer and to her own admission, we waited 15 days with no response before we considered the matter closed. Remove the reviews and we will provide a full refund. Apparently, our offer is still not satisfactory which we find to be more than reasonable and fair.

Netreputation wanted me to sign a contract stating that they did their job in full. I refused because this is not true.
After sending multiple email/text/phone call requests to company to stop sending me ads, I am still receiving marketing messages.
Since Wednesday, April 10th, I have received multiple communications from NetReputation.com to sell services to remove negative stories about myself from the internet. At first, I called the company directly, explicitly asking that all of my information be removed from marketing lists. Ryan, a representative at the company, confirmed that my information was removed.
Unfortunately, I still received marketing messages from this company, even after giving a verbal and multiple text opt-outs from all marketing messages. Since calling to make the first request to remove me from all communication, I have received multiple calls and five text messages. This lead to making another call to remove my information.
After opting out of text communications (per their system) twice, making two phones calls, and submitting the complaint via their website submission form, NetReputation.com is STILL sending me messages.
Please remove ALL forms of communication (phone number and email) from your marketing lists.

We have researched the issue and apparently someone keeps filling out our contact form with Ms. phone number. We have address the matter and integrated a new safeguard to prevent this from happening again to anyone.
We apologize for the inconvenience and stress this has caused.

Fed up with their constant spam texts. Sure, I could hire overseas people with a slew of fake accounts to squelch negative reviews with a bunch of fake reviews for penny on the dollar too. Since this company chooses to exercise unscrupulous business and marketing practices, I would not recommend them. I would question the Revdex.com's adherence to their business motto/ethical standards to allow this as well. Remember Netreputation, you violated my personal proprietary information, phone number and space by sending me an unsolicited text message to which you were unauthorized to do so, hence I have every right to leave my review here. I don't care where you claim to have scraped it from or unauthorized list you bought. This is not the first either and it is against the law in my neighborhood. STOP IT!

I hired this company on the behalf of an attorneys suggestion and they did not fulfill what they promised me.
Jerry, the gentlemen whom I initially spoke with assured me that everything would be cleared off the internet. He told me, verbatim, that he's worked on several cases before and worse, and my wouldn't be that difficult. I asked all the right questions prior and told him that my mugshots were unfortunately dispersed to several different locations around the world and he told me not to worry about it. Nevertheless, he quoted me $4,500 for apparently ten or so mugshots, I told him I would like to pay in installments which he told me wasn't an issue, I just had to pay $2,000 up front the rest would be paid monthly for the next 3 months. To much of my surprise, he gets back on the phone and tells me he "accidentally" charged me $2,500, which should have been the first red flag, but I didn't think anything of it. Soon after, a week or two goes by and I receive a congratulatory email information me all my information has been removed from sources I didn't even know about yet the same four mugshots that I've had for the past ten years are still active and working just fine. To much of my frustration and confusion, I inform them that it seems they're providing me with contradictory information and Jerry, is very apologetic and tells me he's told the company in the past not to send those emails for whatever reason, second red flag, I then speak to a gentleman by the name Joseph, who tells me they're still well within the time frame that they promised me, 30 days, and our conversation ended with me telling him to get the work done. It is now the 8th of March, the deadline and they have not met their obligation, I called again today and spoke to Trey and again, very apologetic telling me my case is "special" and requires more time. I have now told them I plan on pursuing legal action against them. They're a bait and switch company.
I need them to undo whatever work it is that they did and refund my money otherwise I will sue.

All matters have been resolved, all parties involved came to an agreement.
Very pleased! I had a disgruntled employee leave a string of false information across various websites. NetReputation was able to remove each and every one of them in a timely manner!
Trey was very helpful each time I had a question and I was made to feel as though they actually cared. I've passed their names around to my friends and associates!
Thank you, ***! Let us know if you need anything else at all.
I'd recommend them to anyone looking to push results down further or start anew. I had a couple of bad business interactions (not on my part) which left me with some undeserved bad reviews. Netreputation helped me restore my name to its former honor by pushing these results either so far down they're never seen. My business has picked up again, and I owe it to them.
Netreputation has provided me with an excellent service. It's an excellent business run by a group of well mannered and courteous employees. I was kept informed on what was being done on each step throughout the process. By the time the internet technicians had finished doing what they do, My negative information was nowhere to be found on the first or second page of Google. Outstanding work you guys.
