I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The physician continues to find excuses for writing an incorrect prescription. The new prescription (written by a second physician after trying Netherly's suggestions) and prescription prior to one written by the business work great. She only went in because she had broken the glasses which she was able to see out of. She is now able to see from her new prescription without problem. However, both sets of glasses she paid for with the prescription written by Netherly do not allow her to see properly. They re making this situation way too complicatedShe sees fine with any glasses other than the ones from the Netherly prescription
