Review: NetCBT is offering its service on cpedepot.com. I signed up and paid for its service for one year ending September 05, 2014. I took and completed some tax courses to meet the IRS continue education requirements for Enrolled Agents. To renew his or her license, an Enrolled Agent must completed no less than 16 hours per year and no less than 72 hours every three years.NetCBT, Inc. states that it is "an approved IRS CPE Sponsor in all 50 States under our corporate name of NetCBT, Inc. EAs and RTRPs in all 50 States can take courses for your license renewal on the CPE Depot site".The IRS requires the service providers to report courses completed to the IRS. However, NetCBT did not report any of my credits to the IRS. I requested NetCBT to report my credits to the IRS for so many times, but it still has not done so. It also refused to give me any explanation.Below is the IRS requirements:http://www.irs.gov/Tax-Professionals/FAQs:-Enrolled-Agent-Continuin...⇄ Settlement: Report my credits to the IRS. If NetCBT could not do so, reissue all certificates to meet the IRS requirements: "Your certificate should also contain a program number".

Response:
Hi, your credits have been successfully reported to the IRS. Your license information was incorrectly entered so it was no showing up on completion reports. A support ticket to correct the completion report to include all completions.

Response:
Sorry but your license information was entered incorrectly for what our programmer had set up the IRS reports.. You had your EA license designated but had your PTIN number entered instead of and IRS license with your PTIN number entered. As I mentioned in a support reply, the programmer is changing his report now that he knows that some license information is incorrectly entered for future reports. As for your 2013 completions, those were reported today. I did not know they were not reported. I thought it was only the 2014 course that had not been reported. We should have caught that.

Response:
I am rejecting this response because:
The IRS requires PTIN other than the EA Enrollment Number. Here is the information from the IRS:
