Nessen Lighting

I placed an order for custom light fixtures on Qugust **, which was quoted and deposit made on my credit card I was informed by email the lead time would be 8-weeks or around mid November I emailed to get an update but received no response until I called I was told there was a delay and that it would ship out in December In December I called again and was told that due to holidays it would be I the New Year By January 2016, I was told it would be ready by the end of the month due to retooling - this product has been produced for the last years!
I called them this past week on January *** *** ** and was told that they would find out from the production manager and get back,and that the manager was away Needless to say I was told the same story over and over So I canceled the order by filing a complaint with the credit card company Customer service at no time offered any help or options
Nessen and its parent company are taking deposits on products they are not producing

I emailed to get an update but received no response until I called. I was told there was a delay and that it would ship out in December. In December I called again and was told that due to holidays it would be I the New Year. By January 2016, I was told it would be ready by the end of the month due to retooling - this product has been produced for the last 20 years!

I called them this past week on January [redacted] and was told that they would find out from the production manager and get back,and that the manager was away. Needless to say I was told the same story over and over. So I canceled the order by filing a complaint with the credit card company. Customer service at no time offered any help or options.

Nessen and its parent company are taking deposits on products they are not producing.
