The customer received her package on 12/5/She reached out to our team via FB on 12/26/regarding her concernsWe offered to assist her with the process of using NERDOn 1/1/17, she said that she can no longer use NERD, and would like a refund.
She reached out on
12/26/16, which is past the day return window (days from the day you receive the products)As a courtesy, we allowed her to return the products, and we offered a 75% refund.
