Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response provided by [redacted] /Nepute Wellness Center did not provide any proof nor supporting documentation that the program was for visits There is nothing in the Nepute Payment Plan (submitted with the original request) that indicates the plan is for visits....it only shows monthly/annual memberships and discount I am respectfully requesting the remainder of the refund of $1568.My insurance had no bearing on this I was told I am treated like a cash client since I had a high deductible plan They said they would not bill me for any deductible/out of pocket costs and that anything they received from insurance is a bonus They did bill my insurance for some providers I had not met which was concerning The out of network status of my insurance has no impact on the fundamental issue being disputed Sincerely, [redacted]

visits total. Our health investment plans are not based off month to month, they are based off treatments of corrective care. However, we do try to make the options in our office affordable and simple, so we give our patients the option to pay for the treatment in full, monthly or weekly. Our office policy indicates that a patient may terminate their care if for any reason they are unable to keep their commitment to careWhen a patient terminates their care we only charge them for the care that they receive. ***'s family received $2,worth of care. *** paid in full in the amount of $3,597, she was refunded $

I am rejecting this response because:
The response provided by [redacted]/Nepute Wellness Center did not provide any proof nor supporting documentation that the program was for 72 visits. There is nothing in the Nepute Payment Plan (submitted with the original request) that indicates the plan is for 72 visits....it only shows monthly/annual memberships and discount. I am respectfully requesting the remainder of the refund of $1568.My insurance had no bearing on this. I was told I am treated like a cash client since I had a high deductible plan.
