I received an unsolicited promotion from Neptune Solutions advertising complete pool service at $per month and $for the first monthI contacted them and they agreed to the terms they publishedThey started the service on October I received a statement on November for $for the first monthI copied the ad and statement and returned them with my payment of $as advertised on November Since that time they have not returned to service my pool nor have they called to explain their actionsIt is obvious that they do not honor their advertised pricingThey are unreliable, unresponsive and untrustworthy

I received an unsolicited promotion from Neptune Solutions advertising complete pool service at $59.95 per month and $29.95 for the first month. I contacted them and they agreed to the terms they published. They started the service on October 31. I received a statement on November 4 for $59.95 for the first month. I copied the ad and statement and returned them with my payment of $29.95 as advertised on November 9. Since that time they have not returned to service my pool nor have they called to explain their actions. It is obvious that they do not honor their advertised pricing. They are unreliable, unresponsive and untrustworthy.
