Neptune Society

My 2 problems with the Neptune Society have to do with their advertising methods. Some time back I received a mailing stating that Veterans needed to act to secure their burial/cremation benefits. When I contacted them asking what benefits their mailing referred to they said "None, it's just an advertising gimmick." I asked to be removed from further mailings.
Last May my wife died. I contacted the Neptune Society to enquire about prices/services and found them to be more than twice as expensive as other local providers. Multiple times since then I have received mailings from them addressed to my (dead) wife with "Time Waits For No One? on the outside of the envelope. I've contacted them by phone and by return mail saying how disturbing their mailing is and to please remove me/my wife from their mailing list. Today I received yet another mailing.
