[redacted] is not longer with the company and was not authorized to do what he did.  We currently show the order as chargedback by the customer.  If the customer has not received a credit we will be happy to issue it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I purchased a neon sign online from this company on May 13, 2015. I received the sign on July 25, 2015. There were several problems with the sign, in addition to the fact that it arrived broken. They misspelled a word on the sign. A Gecko in the sign was missing an eye. They also did not provide an assembled wiring harness, and it would have required an electrician (at my cost) to wire it properly. I have been dealing with this company (three different customer service reps who are no longer working there) for nearly 6 months. They promised to address the issues, yet they have not. I have recently demanded a full refund and they are ignoring me.

If the customer has not received the refund via credit card we will be happy to issue the refund via check.

This customer was credited back by the credit card company based on our records.

Neonandmore has made a new website under NeonSignUSA.com. He will start scamming people this way now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. You will not see your product or a refund.
