Broken appointments; never on time - delayed by two or three hours at a time Can't get their measurements straight; quality of kitchen cabinets appear used and refurbished Kitchen installed Feb**, - still waiting to finish and it is July **, One error after anotherI gave many chances to redeem themselves, I was very patient, but enough is enough Don't be fooled by "cheaper, competitive prices" They are not worth it Stay away

Review: [redacted] failed to provide follow up customer service for selling us defective kitchen cabinets. After numerous calls and promises to come to my home and resolve issues, he never came nor called us. Customer service is horrible ! Products are defective and they refuse to fix.Desired Settlement: Fix all defective products to include cabinets and hardware.

Don't be fooled by "cheaper, competitive prices". They are not worth it. Stay away.
