This is Brian ***The person referred to in this complaint is no longer with the company due to medical reasons and is residing in Center City, MinnesotaThe only information I have on this matter is that a hard drive was taken out of our
inventory by Aaron and used for a "side job" (under the name *** ***)I have no information or records regarding any keyboard, second hard drive or flash driveThere is no repair order that I can find in our database, or a hard copyIt is quite probable that the data on the hard drive replaced was corrupt and could not all be retrieved$for that new hard drive, installation and update of OS and retrieval of available data from the failed drive is about half of what the company would charge, and that is if the customer supplied the OS mediaAs far as "some guy" being able to retrieve corrupt data from a mechanically failed drive, we send those jobs out to a data retrieval center, as it needs to be done in negative atmosphere cleanroomsThis matter is not anything I, or the company, can do anything about, or are connected toAaron will have to contact you personally and settle this matter, which he will not be able to do prior to 10/26/And I have no way of contacting him prior to that dateI apologize for the delay in responding, but this complaint went to a house that is no longer being used as the shop location
