My vehicle was illegaly towed in a non-residential parking area, (guest parking) after 10 hours. No signs were posted anywhere that indicated an what is unauthorized parking. Then they charged me $375 to get it out of impound. We were from out of State and burrying our son - I felt it was a total scam ! We couldn't even afford to get home after that. And had to raise some money from friends and family. All it would have taken is a sign that said "No Parking"and we wouldn't have parked there. I believe the reason there isn't a sign there is to do exactly that -extort money .

Stay away from this place. They towed my car and also stole a bunch of my personal tools out of my trunk and refused to show me the video footage in order to prove they were not at fault. They are very unprofessional and very shady, its ok though the law will prevail.
