HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! The receptionist charged me for pain medication and it was never given to my cat prior to surgery, my poor cat came home crying in a very high ptch, sommething I have never heard beforeI called the office to question the medication and the receptionist stated she made an error on the paper work which is why it was never givenWhen I arrived to pick up my cats, their cages had stool and urine inside which the cats were just sitting in and shiveringThey had to call me back to tell me they over charged me beacsue the receptionist obviously didnt look at the paper work I had filled out that clearly stated they were two malesWhen I saw the vet himself I never even got a hello or a sorry for all the inconvenience and poor service I had recievedI was livid to know my cats had been sitting in their cages god knows how long, shivering and covered in urine/fecesYou obviously get what you pay for which explains why they are so cheapI dont care how much money I have to spend on my babies next time because I will NEVER EVER be returning to this place, (that is surprisingly still in business) ever again! I feel terrible knowing how many pets have died after reading the reviewsI thank god my babies are ok and didnt show any signs of illness besides the pain one of the, had to go through before I found out he was not medicatedHowever for the rest of the people who had to loose their pets, there is no fixing that, and that is just horribly tragicPLEASE KEEP YOUR PET ALIVE BY NEVER TAKING THEM TO THIS PLACE!
