Doing business with Ben and the sales manager at this dealership proved to be a nightmare for meI bought a used vehicle as is knowing it had a check engine light on, but made it clear I could not afford any major repairsThe car needed two catalytic converters to even pass emissionsI find it highly unlikely the dealer did not know it was a CC issue, since all it takes is to check the codesI feel as though I was lied to about what repairs it neededI paid $to get one repaired but my adopted son whom I bought the car for in the first place totaled the car before I could afford to get the other one doneAfter turning it into insurance, I find out, the title was still in the original owners nameI had been paying insurance and payments on a car I never even technically ownedWith the title issue, it took months to solve and it's still not settledI purchased GAP insurance through the dealer and they did not process the paperwork with the finance companyFortunately, the finance company and my insurance company were able to sort things outI am still in the process of finalizing things with GAP insurance months afterThe sales person was highly inappropriate when I test drove the car by coming on to meI would never do business with this dealer againThey play Christian music like they go by Christian principles, which I find misleading
