Nelson Lawn Mower

I bought a riding lawn mower from Nelson for $350. He delivered the mower on May 12. It ran for one hour and 15 minutes. The motor locked up.The lawn mower ran for one hour and 15 minutes, the motor locked up. I call Nelson and he kept saying that I ran it out of oil. I called every other day and went to the location every three days trying to get my money back. He was rude, threatening and promised me a new mower. He never gave me a new on. After two months of complains he gave me $250 back and took the mower. I have found out he has done this to many other people in the area. I just want the rest of my money back and for this company to known for the crooked business actions.Desired SettlementI just want the rest of my money back. I also want this business marked as a bad business.
