Mark was at my home when he indicated he would be, explained the problem with my upstairs AC unit, and gave an estimate of the cost to repair the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a quick check of the other unit as well. His final cost was in line with the estimate. the customer service was outstanding and my house is much more comfortable. It was hard to find someone during such a heat wave with lots of units having difficulty, but I am very pleased with his service and would recommend highly to anyone.
