Review: I have received repeated calls from representatives of Nationwide Court Services "Process Service Dispatch" for an individual by the name of "[redacted]." Their representatives will not acknowledge that they are calling the wrong party, but instead ask that I contact their "legal" department at ###-###-#### and reference matter # [redacted]. I do not have any outstanding liabilities nor am I the individual that they are referencing ([redacted]). I also do not know nor am related to anyone by that name. I had similar calls from a Georgia collection service which stopped when I complained to the Revdex.com.Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want them to stop harassing me with their repeated unwarranted phone calls. I am not the party in question, so I ask that they move on. As to being served with a summons, if the know the correct party, then why don't they just serve them with the summons, instead of trying to obtain information by misrepresenting their purpose.
