Mrs*** is not giving all the correct information My staff has buckets/towels/water/squeege/mops to do their job everyday The reason she is paying more for her cleaning is she had us clean her sun room this time around along with her home...this is an additional charge We
always charge for the screens Mrs*** needs to remember what she has cleaned in the past..in we only cleaned the 1st floor of her home for her and screens..she paid our minimum charge of $plus $per screen I never spoke to Mrs*** and I am the owner *** *** so when she says she talked to me she is mistaken She does not have a legitimate complaint ...I will take her off our system and not do her windows anymore
