The college's Cancellation Policy on page of the Application Enrollment Contract states: "A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within six business days after the enrollment agreement is signedAfter

The Application Enrollment Contract provided to Ms*** *** was signed and dated on February 26,
Ms*** paid in full the *** egistration fee on March 28,
On April 26, Ms*** still had the intention of starting with the the college for the June semesterThe following phone conversation was logged: "TT- She was able to log in and browse the site, but didn't log into any classesI told her if/when she tries to log into classes to give us a call if she had questions."
On May 25, Ms*** notified the college that she would not be starting the June semesterThe following not was logged: "*** is not starting because she was told that she would loose her funding if we did not receive her high school transcripts in timeNot sure if this is right but she will not be starting with us."
This May 25th notification is days past the stated cancellation policy, therefore a full refund was not made and is not required
