Neill's Plumbing and Heating, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:
It is completely false. Neill's drilled the hole in our floor unnecessarily. They admitted to making the mess we had to clean up. And they were running the furnace without proper ventilation and I have a letter from them stating they were running it and not to worry about it because it wasn't running long enough to do any real damage. There were two other companies working on our home. Homark was doing nothing with the plumbing and heating and the other company we hired to fix some of the things that Neill's plumbing and heating had done incorrectly. However, the other company wasn't hired until after Neill's had drilled a hole in our floor and ran our furnace before it was properly vented.

line which normally takes 2 hours. At the same time we were asked to convert the range from natural gas to LP gas which usually takes 1 hour. The furnace was more complicated. The gas furnace was never authorized to be vented improperly. No one was told they could run the furnace until it was properly vented as required by the manufacturer.   As to the mess left behind, there were several different companies tracking in and out of the house and crawl space.
