Company representative was initally very apologetic and offered me a $rebate to be credited from my *** cardThe $credit referred to in his response is the initial $deposit The day before his response, 2/28/18, this same person told me they were working on yet another invoice along with several others The following day, 3/01/18, he was arrogant, rude, and said he was done with me This is the same person who offered the rebate His business manner with you is expected, whereas his whole dimeanor with me has become vigilant, probably because he has failed with all the promises and smooth talk As a senior citizen, age 81, I refuse to be brow beaten into submission
I would like to add that the Neighborhood Garage Door in Carrollton, Texas is the very same company, and the negative reviews are numerousWhen you call them, they immediately have the consumer information in front of them So much for a reputable local business
