Neighborhood Club of Quincy

We are a travel company. I booked a luncheon on June 18, 2019 and July 23, 2019. The amount for each was to be charged to our credit card. In both cases we were overcharged. We called the manager, *** to explain the error. The owner *** was unavailable each time we called. We did receive one refund, but it was not for the full amount. The restaurant still owes us $304.01. In addition to MANY phone calls, we emailed the transactions in explicit detail. Despite this, we still have not received our full refund.
