Review: I purchased a new 2012 Volkswagen Passat on May 6, 2012 from Neftin Westlake Car Co. As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership agreed to give me (3) free additional factory services once my initial 3 free services were completed. This agreement was put in writing on the dealerships "Due Bill Delivery Checklist",which states in bold print that "THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WERE PROMISED AT TIME OF DELIVERY: PLEASE REVIEW PROMISES...THEY MUST BE LISTED HERE OR THEY ARE NOT DUE". The item promised reads exactly as follows: "3 free services after 3 factory up". The first 3 factory services had been completed and my vehicle was now in need of its fourth service (the first of the 3 promised). I made an appointment and took my car in for service on April 18, 2014. The service tech handed me an estimate for the cost of the service at which time I handed him the "Due Bill Delivery Checklist" which indicated the service should be free. He then informed me that the notes in his computer indicate that I should only get a free oil change. I protested to the Sales Manager [redacted]g who never returned my call.Desired Settlement: I'd like the dealership to reimburse me for the money I had to pay to have my car serviced at another dealership as well as the cost for the remaining two services. Additionally, I'd like the Revdex.com to officially affirm my complaint against this dealership for unprofessional and dishonest business practices.Copies of all documents needed to substantiate this complaint can be furnished upon request.
