In response to Ms*** ***' complaint (Case #XXXXXXXX), we would like to offer our side of the story at NEFER NAILSMs*** came into our salon on May 15, to get her nails done by one of our techniciansAt NEFER NAILS, we
are not held accountable for any liability of missing valuables or personal belongings; therefore, it is the responsibility of the clients to safeguard their own personal belongingsWhen our technician gave Ms*** the options to either take her off her jewelry or wear it during her session, Ms*** is thereby personally responsible for that given itemMs*** left the salon and returned two hours later complaining that she had lost her engagement ring and demanded to be refunded the cost of the ring at $7,USDMs*** provided no accounts of what had occurred within the two hours time span since leaving the salon in which she could have lost the ring elsewhereAll employees searched the salon's vicinity for the missing ring but were unable to find the ring, Ms*** threatened to call the police if we could not find the ring and demanded a list of our clients' personal information in which we are legally unable to provide to herWhen this happened, she wanted a reimbursement for her nails, which we found unreasonable because this event is irrelevant to the satisfaction and/or quality of our serviceInstead, it is an attempt to place blame on an innocent bystander for one's own irresponsibilityAt NEFER NAILS we strive to provide the best quality service to our clients
