Neeley Preferred Construction

I'm 2014 I bought a home in which I needed the porch to be re-done. The original porch was literally falling apart and even the base where it touches the ground was horrible. When Neeley got there he had 2 workers start and they took their time and they didn't even replace the base. The wood was not treated what so ever, some boards was not secured and they put bolts into the side of my house. When the first storm came it ripped the siding because it wasn't fastened to any board just the siding. The railing you could not lean on because it was extremely wobbly and would have broke. We ended up having to sand and treat the wood, screw down boards, add support and strengthen the railing. I paid $2400 for a 6x6 porch that was in desperate need. Obviously they overcharged and did not do a good job. Please beware of these scammers

Neely Preferred Construction tore down an old privacy fence and installed a new one. They left a lot of scrap wood and nails laying around my yard, including a full panel of the old fence. Nails were left sticking out of the fence. It's only been 5-6 months and the entry gate will no longer latch from improper installation. There are gaps along the bottom of the fence. We also have partial chainlink fence that was not secured back after the privacy was installed. I called and complained two different times about different things and they did fix the nails that were protruding, and pick up SOME of the mess that was left, but not all of it. They also "borrowed" straps that we had on our property WITHOUT consent and only returned them when I called and complained.
