I purchased some items from this website. One of the items wasn't in stock and the site took money out of my paypal account anyways and I asked them to please give me my money back and they sent me very negative messages saying they can't the total cost of the item was 10 dollars and 15 cents. The rest of my order was on it's way to my home, but in the process of it being shipped [redacted] whom I spoke with about the item that wasn't in stock said he was having the order shipped back to his warehouse. And the reason why I think he did this is because he doesn't feel like he should have to listen to anybody opinion and is a spoiled brat. He told me I would be receiving all of my money back when the items arrived to the warehouse, well the items arrived at the warehouse and it's been 8 days sense and still have not gotten my money back. I have sent various emails demanding my money because it's my money and I need it. They are ignoring me and are treating me like I'm nobody. Also the amount of 138.15 was taken from my paypal account but when I see the order it says 127.15 because of the item they didn't have but still charged my paypal account.Product_Or_Service: Eternal ink and other tattoo equipmentOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementAll I am asking is for you guys to tell the owner to give me my money back right away due to his severe lack of caring for a legit customer.
