Need a Dumpster?

Today is April 20, and it is 6 weeks after the 2 weeks of renting a dumpster starting March 2 thru March 16 when I first called to have it removed.
I rented a dumpster on March 2 thru March 16 for $508.25 from Need a Dumpster , phone number 888-407-3867. I started calling for pick up on March 16 and twice a week thereafter. I was told it would get picked up on Friday then on Monday and no one showed up. I called the 4th week and no one answered the phone. I left messages on voice mail. No response since my last attempt to call. I am tired of looking at the dumpster in my driveway, and I have to park one of our cars in the grass.

I paid $479.00 for a 30 yard dumpster that they never delivered. I requested a refund and I have been getting the run around for two weeks.
I ATTEMPTED to rent one of their dumpsters on 4/30/2019. I paid $479.00 on my credit card. On the day that the dumpster was supposed to be delivered - it never showed up and no one from their office called me. I had to call them and they informed me that their truck was broken but assured me that it would be fixed the next day. Two days went by and still no dumpster. I finally canceled the order and requested that my $479.00 be refunded. I also asked for an email receipt showing that the funds were returned to my credit card. I never got the receipt and after waiting a week and a half for it - I called again and was informed that something went wrong with the refund and they would have to try again. At this time I asked for the receipt again, and was once again told that I would receive it right away. Again, no receipt but lots of excuses.

This company does not return phone calls. Will not abide by what has been agreed to in a contract.
