Need A Car Trenton have been awesome people to deal with - *** and ***.
My AC just quit 2 weeks ago and then I had another noise start. First thing *** told me was to call the repair place and make sure I take my warranty in with me. When you purchase a used vehicle there are bound to be problems that are hidden from the used car dealership purchasing it.
I would highly recommend these guys for purchasing a used vehicle.
Bought a vehicle on in-house financing. Trying to sell as it is no longer required and they will not respond when I call and leave voicemails or messaged. Trying to talk to them about lien removal so I can sell and put the money against the loan. THEY WON'T RETURN YOUR CALL. I live 3 hours away now and it's a long drive just to talk to ***.
was informed on original communication that the vehicle would have to be paid out before the lien would be lifted. Which is why there is a lien. He was again informed of this by the *** that is looking after his account at our main office. He continued to call. His call was returned but it would seem not as quickly as he would have wished. My question is how many times is one to inform a person of something opposite of what they wish to do?
This response is white-washed pretty good! Tried numerous times in the fall to get a response to my phone calls where I left a message or a voicemail. Main office person I spoke to alluded to this location leaving them to deal with these situations. A response back in the fall would have eliminated my frustration that developed over the lack of response. The main office person was a delight to deal with, was forthcoming with the info and EVEN OFFERED to remove the lein ASAP when I pay the loan in full. This was definitely what I call customer service! Trenton location is the issue!
