Response:
We have recently received a notice from The Revdex.com regarding a complaint put forth
by one [redacted]. Having read the complaint thoroughly and considering every allegation it
raises, we must assert that it is a gross misrepresentation of our business. Mr. [redacted] alleges that we
knowingly sold him a faulty vehicle. However, Mr. [redacted] fails to address three facts. First, Mr. [redacted]
test drove the vehicle twice in thirty minute increments without any incident to either the vehicle or his
person. Second, it is our policy as a business to inspect all vehicles thoroughly before allowing them to
be purchased. Our in-house mechanic found no problems whatsoever with the vehicle in his
inspection. Furthermore, the vehicle in question was also inspected at an authorized VA Inspection
Location. The location is question is [redacted] Documentation of their
inspection can be provided if requested. Third, and most importantly, all vehicles sold on this premises
are, without exception, sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY. Mr. [redacted] signed all proper documentation
releasing Necessary's Used Cars from any liability in the event of mechanical failure or other such
incidents. Again, these documents can be readily provided. It is our sincerest hope that this issue may
be resolved expediently and without conflict. But, we steadfastly maintain that we are not liable for
any mechanical malfunction in this event. We thank you for your consideration.
Best,
Fred Necessary, Owner
