Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As I stated before this happened the same day I bought the truck and we I called mr [redacted] he stated he would take care of the issue, which he stated to the service tech at Jeff wyler dodge also, then we got a price granted it was for the wrong repair since they had not tore into the truckHe stated that was to high, but he would come get the truck and take it to his local mechanic done right diesel and cover all the repair that the warranty did notI have other people that heard him tell me this as wellThen I got a call from my bank letting me know that mr [redacted] recieved payment for the truckAfter that he never answered my calls or returned themI understand that the truck was bought as is ,but a verbal agreement is also a new contract, and there's no way this could happen that fast according to the repair shop which stated that this has been that way for awhile Regards, [redacted] ***
Mr*** said: I did everything I was suppose to do The car had 132,miles on it and things will go wrong The car was purchased "as is." The warranty paid what they were suppose to He purchased the car as is and your chances of having things go wrong are 70%
ore likely Most people understand what "as is" meansHe drove it and had it checked it outHe had other guys look at it I told him "you go do whatever you want to do." No way for me to know what's going to happen to the vehicle The warranty company paid their portion on it, $ I did everything I was suppose to do He didn't provide all the paperwork He signed the "Buyer's Guide" on the warranty

As I stated before this happened the same day I bought the truck and we I called mr. [redacted] he stated he would take care of the issue, which he stated to the service tech at Jeff wyler dodge also, then we got a price granted it was for the wrong repair since they had not tore into the truck. He stated that was to high, but he would come get the truck and take it to his local mechanic done right diesel and cover all the repair that the warranty did not. I have 2 other people that heard him tell me this as well. Then I got a call from my bank letting me know that mr. [redacted] recieved payment for the truck. After that he never answered my calls or returned them. I understand that the truck was bought as is ,but a verbal agreement is also a new contract, and there's no way this could happen that fast according to the repair shop which stated that this has been that way for awhile.
