To Whom It May Concern, We have received this complaint and I have taken the time to review this complaint to the best of my ability. The biggest complaint that we run into with this industry is the wrong number problem and that is because sometimes we are provided and presented with
information from the consumerThe other problem that we run into is that these people are being contacted by multiple companies because the consumer has more than one issue going on. The victim in this case does not see it as multiple companies contacting them so they associate you as the next personThe policy with the office when a wrong number calls in they are to immediately remove the number from the system so that we do not generate any more contact with that personI have pulled a track record for the file that this lady is stating that we call her everyday and it looks like we have attempted to reach out once and after she called in to request for her number to be removed it was doneFor resolution on this complaint, we have agreed to cease and desist on all contact with the consumerKind regards, Ne Processing LLC
