I placed an order 5 days ago and paid over 1000Euros, I have received an aknowledgement email straight away stating that my order reached NDCustomz. I have not been charged for shipping neither have I received an estimated delivery time, the website said I will receive that via email. After waiting for further clarification I have sent a follow up email then a few days later another one, then I called multiple times a day then I have sent multiple messages on Facebook from multiple accounts yet still no response... I am now trying any other platforms I can find and I will not stop until I receive the part I ordered or a full refund from NDCustomz, UNACCEPTABLE!

Review: Ordered a part from website got my confirmation and its been about 2 months and still no shipment nor product received, the day after the website is under construction.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered online like promised by the payment agreement.
