This time we needed a tankless water heater Other companies offer a tankless heater in a smaller size for less money, but the one we wanted is in a stainless steal case (important to us, because of the salt water environment)It also has a dial that allows us to set the desired water temperature TERRANCE was the installer, and he was incredibly courteous, efficient, and thoroughHe even called us when the work was complete to further explain information about the unit We are happy to deal with a reputable company that supplies quality products and professional employees, like Terrance
Have used Midway in the past and thought of them first when I needed a new toilet and my shower mixer repaired Yes they are expensive but very good Bill B is friendly and straight talking Explained my options to me thoroughly without trying to oversell anything The reasons I choose Midway first are these - 1) They are licensed and have been in the area for several years and I expect that to be true into the future 2) The work is warranted for two years and I know they will still be in business then if I should need them to return on warranty work 3) They have everything they need with them or access to a warehouse with runners to bring items as necessary 4) They are very neat and clean, respectful of my home and timely - start when they say they will and finish in a timely manner

A very nice fellow came out to the house, looked at what we wanted done, and produced a quote of $830.00! When we indicated we would have to get another estimate, he offered to lower the price to $750.00! What a deal Needless to say, we told him we would prefer to get a competitive estimate
We called *** Plumbing in Largo The gentleman on the phone quoted the labor rate at $per hour + any required parts for the toiletThe work was done The bill came to $
It was clear that the management at Midway Services was using a "predatory" pricing model - throw the fishing line in the water and see how many you catch

I see that the Revdex.com has given them an "A" rating I can't see how you can justify that Maybe you should put an "*" after the "A"
Having used Midway Services for kitchen and bath remodels, I did not hesitate to call them to repair a leak in the incoming water line to my washing machine. Ms. Allie called about an hour ahead to tell me what time the plumber would arrive and also his name - Terrance. True to my prior experiences with Midway's employees, Terrance was prompt and extremely well mannered. He was very knowledgeable about how to replace the copper pipe without damaging the nearby wall surface when using the torch and also cleaned the terrazzo where the leak from the old pipe had left a black spot. He offered information on current specials, checked my water heater, and did water samples to see if a water softener/filter combo would be advantageous - no pressure, just information for my consideration. Once again I am pleased with the job that was done and the friendliness and courtesy of Terrance. Where does Midway Services find all these wonderful technicians?!!

I needed a broken electrical outlet repaired and called miday services. They offer service within 60 minutes. The service man showed up about an hour later and stated his service fee would be 99.95 for the estimate to repair but would waive fee if I allowed him to repair. The charge was 269.10 to replace it and that was waiving the fee, he explained costs had to be covered including their costs for advertising etc. and that if I wanted another outlet replaced would only be about 40.00. Totally outrageous. Unless you have money to waste find a different company. I do not recommend based on costs.

When Bill B. had an arrival time you can rest assured he would be there on time. Bill B. was called to correct and install a sink and faucet that was incorrectly when initially installed by a different company and plumber.
Bill B. is the epitome of what every company desires of their employees Midway is very fortunate to have such an employee. Bill B. is polite, friendly and represents Midway Services in the highest way possible.
This company are thieves. After contacting them about changing out a bathtub fixture, they came out and quoted a price of $800-$1700. they tried to explain to me that they had to remove the wall, change out the plumbing, then retile the wall. After simmering down, I politely told them to leave, then called [redacted] Plumbing XXX-XXX- XXXX. There cost - $130. [redacted]
