NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance

Dave came out to re-work some irrigation. We wanted low volume emitters: he put drip. He estimated three men all day: they were here 3 hours-job was not completed; he was to come back when we were ready. He and his helper had to go fishing. He did not tell us which zones he attached the drip to. He insisted on being paid-dumb me. He took off with my low volume emitters I had already installed. I told him I wanted the for pots. He sent me his "boss'" information. I contacted his boss, Morne B, at first quite cordial. I sent a list of things not finished and new items we wanted done. I requested a copy of licensing and insurance. It was not provided, so I contracted another company to repair the work that he had been done and to do the new work that we wanted. I requested my emitters be returned and a refund of $400 for the work not completed. Morne B THREATENED me if I ever contacted him again. SEE DOCUMENTS
