Review: This company is breaking many FDCPA laws. They need to cease and desist communication. They have used threats of showing up at my work or place of employment. Called repeatedly within 1.5 hours and left multiple message and even called back after speaking to me. Now I am on a ROBO call which leaves personal information in the message at my place of employment and completely breaks many laws. If they don't stop I will contact a consumer attorney to address the issue.Desired Settlement: Illegal tactics, posing as process servers, breaking many FDCPA laws.

They have threatened my sick father. they threatened to talk to my supervisor. they will not leave a name. THey can not send me proof of my loanDesired Settlement: I want the business shut down or someone to let me know other means of getting this business investigated. This is my 4th or 5th complaint
Review: Called my work pretending to be some sort of legal assistance for a claim made against me from a payday loan company called [redacted]. A man named Mr. [redacted] stressed that it was a new law where a consumer gets an automatic assistance from a company to fight fraudlent loan companies. Called me from ###-###-####. When I asked address they gave me P.O. Box [redacted], **. Stated NCA stands for National Contract Assistance. Could not find that name anywhere on [redacted] and saw many other fraudlent collection companies used the same P.O. Box.Desired Settlement: They did not send me any paperwork and I want them to stop contacting me.
