My order was never completed. What product that I did receive was wrong. Now the company will not call me back, nor correspond, nor fix the issue.I went into NC Tees on 9-23-14, to order some shirts for my motorcycle shop. I spoke with [redacted], the owner, he took my order, 26 items, reassured me it would be done by 9-26-14, asked me to pay in full, $487.10, so I did, and told me I'd receive an email later that afternoon, 9-23-14, with the final artwork. I never heard from [redacted] again until 4:30 pm on 9-26-14 to tell me to look in my email for the artwork he just sent me, and to call him back to verify. So I looked in my email, seen that the artwork was correct, and called [redacted] back to give him the go ahead on making my shirts. [redacted] called me back at 6 pm on 9-26-14, and told me that my shirts were done, and that he would put my order outside his door step at his business cause he was closing for the day. I arrived at his business at 7 pm on 9-26-14, picked up the shirts, and drove home. When I arrived at home, opened the box, my order was short 2 items, and when I called numerous times, went by his office numerous times, I kept receiving the same old apology. I also noticed after really inspecting the shirts, that he didn't do them right. [redacted] charged me for 3 colors on the back of the shirts, and the 3rd color is missing, along with some artwork. So I tried again, once again, on 10-10-14 to go by NC Tees, [redacted] wasn't there, so I spoke with another guy, expressed my very upset concern, he took down my info, and promised me [redacted] would be in shortly, and that he would have [redacted] call me. Since 10-10-14, I've not heard from [redacted], or anyone at NC Tees. I tried 1 last time to email [redacted], and still haven't gotten a response. So, I'm hoping that the Revdex.com can help with this matter. Thank You.Desired SettlementIm asking that a full refund be made to me, and gas spent driving back and forth, and that the order was not completed, and completely wrong, so it's an embarrassment to my shop. So I'm asking for $487.10 for the original money spent for the order, $200 in time off work and gas driving back and forth, and for the order being completely Wrong. Thats a total of $687.10. I feel that the money requested is fair.Business Response /[redacted] is correct that his job was not completed in full. We did offer a rush job for him without any additional charge and completed his project in time for his event. However, the two onesies did not ship to our location to output for him in time. We told him that we would complete these for him the following week when they arrived and that we would do additional shirts for his son. There was no complaint on the other shirts at that time and in talking to him on the phone, he was pleased with them, Our protocol is to send a digital artwork proof for the customers approval and we did receive this from [redacted] before we put the rush job into production. Finally, we have no problem offering a full refund with the return of the entire order of shirts that he purchased and accepted. Again, in his return to ask about his son's onesies, I spoke to him and asked about his order and he was happy with the job and wanted to know when we could complete his son's onesies. We understood his disappointment with that and have printed addition garments in return.
