Before purchasing the vehicle, customer was advised that he was purchasing the vehicle as is Vehicle was on our wholesale lot and customer insisted on purchasing the [redacted] to fix it himself We agreed on replacing the windshield and anything else necessary to pass inspection in our service department Customer brought back vehicle last week complaining about the radio not working and a gas cap I repeated to the customer that the agreement to sell the [redacted] was “as is” but will look at it and try to help as much as I could I gave the ok to replace the gas cap but radio was aftermarket and therefore could not fix
