Went to take a Microsoft exam and needed something printed out in order to take my exam and the receptionist would not print or let me take my exam. I had an expired ID by 3 days and was told that if I renewed it and had proof I would be able to test. I renewed my license and then was told it needed to be printed. The receptionist would not accept and email from myself so that she could print the receipt from my license renewal. She refused to let me take the Microsoft exam that I already purchased through [redacted]Desired SettlementWould like the business to reimburse my $150 that I lost due to the fact that the receptionist would not let me take the test. Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], ManagerContact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@ncelitecareer.comThe customer was taking a Microsoft sponsored exam in which he had to abide by the policies set forth by them. The sponsor company in which he was testing for was contacted by me and because of his expired identification, they refused testing for him. Microsoft also has a policy that candidate's must bring in a hard copy of any renewal license. He was informed of each step as I was speaking to the company in which he was testing for. The candidate made threats to "take down" our company because his test sponsor would not allow him to test and because I would not let him persuade be to break rules and policies that we are legally bound by. Furthermore, the exam fees are not paid to my company and can not be reimbursed by us. He would have to speak to the exam sponsor in which he was testing for.
