Highly recommend NBR for any window replacement project! I had all the windows in my house replaced with Sunrise windows and I am so happy with them! Everything from the initial consultation through installation was great. Their pricing was very reasonable for a higher quality product compared to other companies (I had 4 other quotes) and there was no trying to upsell. The installers were incredibly fast and left everything so clean you would never know they had been there if not for the beautiful new windows.

Great value, great service. From quote to install things were very smooth. Communication was very good and much appreciated. The install team was professional and cleaned up the job site before leaving each day. For a whole house install they worked well as a team to get install completed in the timeframe quoted. We love the product! No complaints for any member of the team.

I am president of a 57 unit condominium community located in Powell, Ohio. The first build outs started in 2002, so most are around 18 years old. Over the past couple years some of the windows have been failing causing water leaks into the condos. After doing a very detailed search on the best options to provide replacements we landed on NBR Contracting Company. Very professional service. Windows ordered and installed in less than a month. Besides of an excellent installation the guys also cleaned everything after. Not to mention very fare and affordable prices.
This is the third time we have used NWB products and the experience has been great, Joe takes great care of everything and the techs on site are great to have around. I have more windows to replace and Joe is the only guy I'm calling. Thanks again for everything
