December 22, 2015To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to the letter received from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC and Eastern Pennsylvania on December 22, concerning complaint ID [redacted] [redacted] ( [redacted] ) is responding concerning the complaint made [redacted] is the Discount Plan Administrator for the discount program, NBC Discount Dental Program.The member's compliant states that [redacted] charged his credit card upon renewal with no agreement and has since failed to issue the requested $refund.The discount renewal process is automated to process annually unless [redacted] receives written notification of cancellation and this policy is clearly stated in the Membership Agreement that is provided to all members in the membership ID card packet sent upon enrollmentThe member’s renewal was therefore automatically processed, but based upon the member's request we have issued a $refundThe refund was issued on December 22, to the member's credit card[redacted] does apologize that the refund was not processed in a turnaround time that was acceptable to the member.Please let us know should you have any further questions.Sincerely, [redacted]
