This person bought an animal trap. He used it to catch cats then expected to return it for a refund. The trap was used and dirty. The customer was rude, not our salesperson--we have witnesses. When he finally understood we were not going to give his money back
he got very rude, grabbed his trap and left. Our receipt does indeed say receipt must accompany return. We assume most people realize the item must be in new conditionWe will now add to that policy--on our receipt--that returns must be in new condition
