The business's response is pure poppycock.  There is no service that performs such an laundry analysis.  Our business sells commercial laundry equipment to Coin Stores. Laundromats, Multi-Housing,Nursing homes and even the Washington Capitols hockey team. This is an attempt on the part of Ms ** to falsely get around the problem.  She has done this before.  I just read some of the complaints about her attitude and poor business performance on the Internet.  She has a track record of horrible customer service.  Not only did I have our own company people look at the shirts, I also took them to [redacted] Cleaners who confirmed that the damage was done by the [redacted] (a.k.a. Nayis Best Cleaners) "body press" machine and inexperienced operators and/or poor technique.  Ms. ** refuses to take responsibility for her business's action.  That's the real problem here.  In both of my cases, she claimed it was the "other guy's fault."  I spent over $600 in cleaning at her shop in one 12 month period. She ruined two of my best shirts.  They are unwearable in public.  She owes me for my shirts.....  I will settle for nothing less....  Thank you for your help.

Review: Nayis Best Cleaners ruined two of my best dress shirts. The first shirt was burned on the front chest by scorching the starched material. The second shirt was pressed with a faulty "body press" on the front and back bleeding he red stripes into the white background. Owner/manager, referred to as Ms ** by employees, obnoxiously refused to take ownership of the damage. On the first shirt, Ms ** accused me of bringing in a shirt with some stain on it. I know the difference between a stain and a burned/scorched shirt. On the second shirt, Ms ** blamed the manufacturer, [redacted] of an inferior product. Both shirts cost between $50-$55 each. The owner/manager, [redacted], then held my remaining cleaning hostage by refusing to give me may cleaning until I gave her a credit card to charge. I have no recourse against such poor service and now have to completely ruined dress shirts.Desired Settlement: Each shirt cost between $50-$55 dollars to replace. I am requesting full replacement. $100.00 will suffice. Thank you.
