I purchased furniture from this store and decided to return the items in perfect condition. The owner *** decided not to refund my purchase because he didn’t want to be stuck with the items.This company has no refund/exchange policy. There is no signage or fine print at the end of of the receipt that indicate that all sales are final.
The customer picked the pieces she bought and I had to special order them. When they came in she had misunderstood the price so I gave her the lower price. She said she had no way to get them home so I told her I would deliver them at no charge. She asked me to disassemble an old bed in the room so I had to go back to my store to get the tools needed and went back to accommodate her. She seemed happy with everything at the time. A couple of weeks later she came and said her mother didn’t like what she bought a wanted a refund. I don’t think this is right because I cannot return the merchandise to the factory and there was nothing wrong with it other than the fact that her mom didn’t like it. Thanks
