I ordered a Seabee challenge coin on March 23, 2022. YES 2022. Order #NC34283 for $22.70. as of today 4/3/2023 I have not received it. I have however called, emailed, message, and post on the facebook page well over 30 times. no reply what so ever. this is a scam of a company. And as a Navy Seabee vet myself it is fkin sad companies claim to be vets and military yet act like this.

Ordered and paid for 4 “Bluenose” coins. It’s been nearly a year and nothing.

Buyer BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a dozen Seabee Challenge coins last year as one of my Seabee brothers passed away and wanted to give them to my remaining group, got nothing but excuses and no return calls or emails. and of course no refund. Very sad that they are trying to represent our military in this fashion. Will be seeing them in court.

April 25, 22 Ordered 2 challenge coins and 1decal at a cost of over $50 with shipping. Received 3 decals of very low quality. Have sent several emails and calls trying to get issue corrected, but as of May 17th not a single response. Ref Order #NC-34420

I am rejecting this response because: I have a valid confirmation of my order (see attached) from Navy Crow, along with a series of emails as described in
my complaint I am also including a copy of page of my credit card bill to show that they in fact did charge me on January 19th $for the items I orderedI would expect that Navy Crow acknowledge receipt of my order, and be honest about their obligation to do the right thing; and either send me a refund, or send me what I ordered
