Friendly, professional service. Readily understood the issue with my failed Uconnect system, and knew how to address it. After I got it back and had a few trouble free weeks, the system did unfortunately show signs the problem might resurface. They sent me a pre-paid shipping label, replaced the component that was causing the issue, and promptly sent it back to me fixed. Sometimes things are going to happen with any repair, but the fact that they stood behind their work and made it right only serves to underscore their competence and professionalism. Substantially better experience than working through the dealer for this kind of repair.
