Navis Pack and Ship CO - 1028

in November we purchased goods from a auction at the *** location in brromfield CO and retained Navis to pick up , pack and ship the items , altough the items were picked up promptly we experienced horrable customer service , phone calls and emails requesting status updates were not returned at all and when we called all we got was excuses !
After one month we finally received a tracking number but when the freight arrived we found that the wrong item was delivered , we tried numerous times to resolve this with the business but they dont return phonecalls or emails so we are at the point where we suspect fraud !
