Representatives from Naviant continue to call and harass me along with my daughter even after she explained to the representatives that payment will be made. The representative then went on to tell me that he see's that I have open lines of credit on my credit cards and wanted to know why I would not make a payment. The representative told my daughter that a forbearance was made back in 2011 for which we have no recollection of it happening. I now question if I am a co-signer on this loan seeing that this was a mistake.
