Customer Service Tactic of Misdirection/Delay/Confusion
Nice people on the phone but they tell you what you want to hear with no follow up on a problem that is clearly on their end. "I'll contact my supervisor and call you right back." No response other than receiving a letter in the mail that was dated the same day as my conversation with the customer service rep informing me that they were terminating my Auto-Pay. Huh? As directed by my HR group, I had called Navia to pay a true up amount due for the partial month of insurance for an added dependent and to confirm the adjustment amount on the monthly auto-pay. No response at all so I call back on the first business day of the following week. OMG! The follow up call was a disaster. The phone system either had multiple crossed lines or the rep did not know how to turn off her "speakerphone". I was hearing multiple conversations of another CSR's the whole time. My rep just kept talking and ignoring the fact that I could hardly hear a word she was saying. I got the same "scripted" excuse that she had to contact a supervisor and would get back to me soon after they contact the insurance company. I tried to explain to her that the problem was on Navia's end in taking my money to continue the insurance coverage. In the meantime, I have no idea if my insurance has now been cancelled since they did not process the monthly auto-pay due to a very small variance in a true up for an added beneficiary. The company just scripts out standard responses and clearly has people on the phone who (may be very nice but) are not capable of handling even small problems. Navia is just another call center with people who have been trained to confuse, delay and frustrate it customers in a deliberate effort to avoid responsibility for anything. My apologies to the readers for the length of this message.

Navia Benefit Solutions is a scam
If I could, I would give them a 0. I was on Cobra, and I needed to find another insurance company. I was trying to get on a gov. insurance plan until I could get on Medicare. I got a phone call right away from Navia saying they saw I was looking for health insurance. They made it seem as if they were through the government. I swear everyone that works at that company are scam and Con artists. (Very Very good Con artists). They misinformed me, lied to me, and put me through hell. I was told that I would have pharmacy insurance coverage along with my medical. What they were talking about is DISCOUNT COUPONS, Not Insurance. I was constantly calling them, and they kept telling me I had pharmacy coverage. I did not. The pharmacists said they were only discount coupons nothing more, which I had to pay Navia an additional amount for. I finally had to go to an outside company mailing pharmacy and pay them in addition to paying Navia a huge amount.
I have had a lot of illnesses and had to get scans and a lot of blood tests done along with a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and anesthesia. I was told that all would be covered because it was a preventative care. After I got the bills from the doctor's office none of it was covered. I ended up paying thousands of dollars. A lady at Navia told me that I was only aloud TWO diagnostic tests which included blood tests a YEAR! Of course, they lied to me about that as well. Many other problems with them. They need to be investigated!

Got a payment receipt from Navia, yet no insurance coverage...
We paid Navia directly (no employer's account involved) as COBRA administrator to continue coverage with our health insurance (Cigna); Navia gave us a receipt for that payment assuring us (in writing) that we would be covered for the whole month of March 2023 and subsequent months, yet here we are, chasing Navia because our insurer has seen no money, no nothing from Navia and they say that a good-faith, decent COBRA administrator get this through in about a business day... where are you Navia, what are you doing with our money? Where is the insurance coverage we paid for and we need to pay for drugs at the pharmacy?

Paid, yet still waiting for Navia to contact insurance company!
Navia Benefit Solutions is acting as our (we are a couple) COBRA administrator. We paid for continuation of our health benefits (with Cigna) before they would expire, after a few days from the beginning of the new month we checked our insurance company and the coverage had been terminated. Called Navia they told us that it would take 7-10 days (why?!) to transfer the information and payment to the insurance company. As one of us needs medications, we called the insurance company and they told us that it should take 1 business day for the to get all that info and payment to them, in complete contrast with what Navia told us. The guys at Cigna promised to escalate this issue and get to the bottom of it within a day or so.
Navia, come on, you got the money, you got all of our and our employer information, so where's our health insurance coverage? People depend on that, you know?!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

No, Navia's response is NOT satisfactory, because their explanation/excuse has nothing to do with our situation in that we paid Navia out of our very own pockets for continuation of our health insurance, there is NO employer's account involved at all. So much so that Navia even gave us a receipt of that payment!

We are very sorry you have had a negative experience dealing with our company We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience While I cannot comment as to the specifics of your benefit I can provide you with the rules and policies surrounding how benefits are providedWe receive files from employers that tell us how much in benefits we are to post to an account We post those files on the employers pay date The funds are then transferred directly from the employers account to the HSA bank We do not touch those funds, have no interest in the funds, do not hold the funds, and do not have an interest in delaying the processing of those fundsThe time it takes to post HSA is dependent upon banking ACH rules and timelines In the past your benefits provider may have also been the custodian of the HSA which would mean you could have seen the funds posted to your account more quickly Since we are not a bank, the funds post when the funds transfer from the employer to the HSA bank
