I have had a lot of illnesses and had to get scans and a lot of blood tests done along with a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and anesthesia. I was told that all would be covered because it was a preventative care. After I got the bills from the doctor's office none of it was covered. I ended up paying thousands of dollars. A lady at Navia told me that I was only aloud TWO diagnostic tests which included blood tests a YEAR! Of course, they lied to me about that as well. Many other problems with them. They need to be investigated!
Navia, come on, you got the money, you got all of our and our employer information, so where's our health insurance coverage? People depend on that, you know?!
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
No, Navia's response is NOT satisfactory, because their explanation/excuse has nothing to do with our situation in that we paid Navia out of our very own pockets for continuation of our health insurance, there is NO employer's account involved at all. So much so that Navia even gave us a receipt of that payment!
We are very sorry you have had a negative experience dealing with our company We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience While I cannot comment as to the specifics of your benefit I can provide you with the rules and policies surrounding how benefits are providedWe receive files from employers that tell us how much in benefits we are to post to an account We post those files on the employers pay date The funds are then transferred directly from the employers account to the HSA bank We do not touch those funds, have no interest in the funds, do not hold the funds, and do not have an interest in delaying the processing of those fundsThe time it takes to post HSA is dependent upon banking ACH rules and timelines In the past your benefits provider may have also been the custodian of the HSA which would mean you could have seen the funds posted to your account more quickly Since we are not a bank, the funds post when the funds transfer from the employer to the HSA bank
