The facts in this matter are that *** *** paid for a train ticket but was unable to board the train due to an issue on Amtrak’s sideWhen she contacted Amtrak for a refund, they did not comply as the conductor marked her as present on the train She then contacted us on 8/21/to
request a refundWe replied to her email on 8/23/and sent her the form that needs to be completed to start the processShe returned the form to us same day and we sent it over to our debit card partnerUpon review, MasterCard determined that a credit should be applied in this case and a $credit was provided on 9/27/ Though I understand where Ms*** is coming from, we have no power over MasterCard and how long it takes them to handle disputesWe have been given the average timeline of days by our debit card partner and shared that information with her I do not believe there was any wrongdoing on our part and consider this matter to be closed Thank you, Teresa K***Customer Service Manager

We are very sorry you have had a negative experience dealing with our company.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.  While I cannot comment as to the specifics of your benefit I can provide you with the rules and policies surrounding how benefits are provided. We receive files...

from employers that tell us how much in benefits we are to post to an account.  We post those files on the employers pay date.  The funds are then transferred directly from the employers account to the HSA bank.  We do not touch those funds, have no interest in the funds, do not hold the funds, and do not have an interest in delaying the processing of those funds. The time it takes to post HSA is dependent upon banking ACH rules and timelines.  In the past your benefits provider may have also been the custodian of the HSA which would mean you could have seen the funds posted to your account more quickly.  Since we are not a bank, the funds post when the funds transfer from the employer to the HSA bank.

I am not sure what you are writing about. There is NO employer's account, let alone HSA account, involved in the payment, we paid directly and Navia even sent us a receipt of the payment assuring us that we would be covered for the whole of the coming month. The reality we are left to contend with instead is one where the insurer has seen no, ZERO information, or money, coming through from Navia. So, what is the excuse for that?

We are paying out of our own bank account, no former employer's account is involved at all, unfortunately. So what is Navia's excuse now?
