In response to [redacted] 's complaint on Product Issues: Mr [redacted] originally approached mewith his Mustang hard top with a budget of $to remove window trim, remove doorhandles and lock cylinders, strip the paint, bodywork, epoxy primer, apply primer filler, blocksand, primer sealer, base coat, clear coat, also prep and paint door jams and under the trunkMr[redacted] removed some of the chrome parts including the bumpers.The job took about hours to completeThis paint job came out very nice (I have picturesavailable if they are necessary) and I explained to Mr [redacted] that a body shop would typicallycharge $to $10,for this amount of work, $20,for a higher end paint job with awarrantyMr [redacted] had returned requesting that we address some issues he had with ouroriginal job, we addressed some of the minor imperfections without additional charge.Afterwards, Mr [redacted] called me repetitively and left me a voicemail in a very rude andthreatening tone containing profanityI have the voicemail saved to my phone if the Bureauwould like to review itAt this point, I felt threatened and uncomfortable doing business with Mr[redacted] While I am disheartened by Mr [redacted] 's dissatisfaction with our work, mybusiness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone when we feel threatenedWe haveapologized for his dissatisfaction but have no interest in working with Mr [redacted] again.We are sorry for Mr [redacted] 's dissatisfaction and hope that he finds the service he's looking for.Best,Chris N [redacted] Navarros Autobody*Please view attached document

This paint job came out very nice (I have picturesavailable if they are necessary) and I explained to Mr. [redacted] that a body shop would typicallycharge $7000 to $10,000 for this amount of work, $20,000 for a higher end paint job with awarranty.
